She really knew she found her calling in that role and went all in launching the Keller Williams Community Real Estate brokerage in Peterborough, in 2023.

This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. To become a member of the ALC, you must be in the top 20% of production in the Market Center. Each ALC member is also in charge of their own Committees within the brokerage and agents can choose to be a part of any committee they like in order to help that committee reach it’s goals for the year.
